Hello everyone
So, my friend is experiencing real wired thing..
He claims that he feels kind of electric tingles during his squat, also during bench press
The tingles concentrate mostly in the chest , back , and arms somewhere
Ive never came across something like that but it scares me not less then my friend, I'll be happy to hear anyones opinion about an optional solution or explanation to this thing
Important to mention, the guy I mentioned is doing high bar squat, the bar DOESNT sits on his neck but on his trapezius muscle.
I tought about 2 explanations, the one is that according to the big pressure and the need for blood to the legs the body simulates the blood flow mostly to the legs and then the numb feeling comes because of the lack of blood in the arms
The second and the most possible is that the bar is sitting on nerve and when the bar touch the nerve it tingles, so if he does all the thing right and nevertheless he still feels tingles, it impossible to change it because it's in his genes
Hopefully its not the second option, anyway I would like to hear more options and opinions because I didnt find something suitable in google.
