ProRawSeven is the most prestigious competition in Australia and every year the standards are getting higher.
ProRawEight will be held at the Arnold Classic in Melbourne, including many top 10 lifters from all around the world.
I will be competing on the night between Friday and Saturday, 01:00 am Israel time.
Friday - All Women (u60,u75,shw)
Saturday - Men (u80 (me), u95, u110)
Sunday - Men (u125, shw)
*Weight class are different to create more competition, also 2hr weigh in
Women- 1am between Thursday and Friday
Men 80,95,110 - 1am between Friday and Saturday
Men 125,SHW - 1am between Saturday and Sunday
