ערב טוב חברים!
הזמנתי היום משלוח מBB לארה"ב,מיליתי בו את הפרטים של חבר שלי שאמור לקבל אותו שם ואת הכתובת שלו,אבל שילמתי באשראי שלי(ISRACARD.WEB) שהוא כרטיס אונליין אנונימי שכביכול לא רשום על אף אחד ואפשר להשתמש בו להזמנות מחו"ל כי הוא בעל 16 ספרות(עשיתי זאת כבר בעבר כשהזמנתי לארץ.
נכנסתי כרגע למייל שלי וראיתי הודעה מBB שיש בעיה.
"Your order #11284286 has been placed on hold because we need to verify some information with you before it can ship. This is most likely because the address we are shipping to does not match the address that is on file with your credit card company, but it could have been flagged for other similar reasons.
In order to immediately ship out your order, we simply need you to e-mail us your credit card billing address and the 3 or 4 digit CVV2 number from the back of your card. We will then contact your credit card company to verify the information, then ship your order immediately if it matches!
We know this is an extra hassle, but we need to do this to protect our awesome customers like you from fraud. Once this is done, you will be on our list of verified customers! Just in case you do not receive this e-mail quickly, we will also be calling you by phone to speed up the process."
מה אני אמור לעשות עכשיו,ראיתי שחוייבתי כבר בסכום הזה מהאשראי שלי ואני לא יודע מה עושים עכשיו,אפשרי להסביר להם שאני מזמין מישראל לחבר שנמצא בארה"ב?הם יבינו,יתחשבו בזה?
