back in 2008
the study was odd and hard to draw conclusions from
1. they only looked at a handful of subjects. I believe the one group had an n = 1
2. they suggested that the one oil had a pronounced thermogenic effect, the single subject noted feeling very warm
3. if you do the math on his bodyweight and estimated maintenance, evne at 400 grams of fat, he wasn't quite above it as I recall. the guy was massive weight wise and even 4000 calories of fat didn't quite get him to maintenance as I recall
4. the study has NEVER been replicated and a lot of weird shit went on in the 70's that could never be shown again
I have the full paper of course, I'd have to be awful motivated to look up the details because nobody in the history of keto dieting has ever reported such an aoccurrence ina ny sort of controlled way. lots of folks claim it, that they eat all this food and don't gain weight. this is usually after claiming that keto diets blunt their hunge and you can't have it both ways
אז מה זה אומר - שלקחת את הדברים בערבון מאוד מוגבל?
