עזרה בכתיבת מכתב תלונה לBB.com

שלום!
אני מבקש את עזרתכם בכתיבת מכתב לbodybuilding.com, הכתיבה שלי באנגלית לא משהו ואני לא רוצה שהוא יראה מגוחך. תודה מראש.
המכתב:
בתאריך Nov 26, 2008 12:01:40 רכשתי מכם את אבקת החלבון LG Sciences Lipotropic Protein. (מספר הזמנה: #5661090)
בדף האתר לא היה רשום דבר לגבי מידע לאלרגנים ולכן לא בדקתי, אם נכתב על המוצר מידע זה.
לאחר ששתיתי סקופ מהאבקה, הרגשתי רע מאוד, ולאחר מספר דקות נאלצתי לנסוע לטיפול נמרץ,
בבי"ח הודיעו לי שמדובר בהתקף אלרגיה, לאר מכן בדקתי אם רשום על המוצר עצמו מידע כלשהו ואכן היה רשום:

manufactured in a facitity which also processes wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, and seeds.
אני אלרגי למשפחת הבוטנים והאגוזים וכתוצאה מכך נגרם ההתקף (מצורף מסמך רפואי המאשר את רגישותי).

לא ברור לי מדוע לא נכתב דבר באתר? חוסר האחריות זה יכל להוביל למצב אף גרוע יותר מהמצב שבו הייתי ולעיתים מוביל למוות.

(המטרה היא כמובן להשיג פיצוי כלשהו אז אני לא ממש יודע איך לסיים את המכתב אשמח לרעיונות).

חשוב לי מאוד אשמח אם תעזרו

הדבר היחיד שאתה יכול לרשום להם וזה לשיקולם אם להתייחס אליך בכלל,זה את הדבר הבא.
I have purchased the LG Sciences Lipotropic Protein since I didnt know that the product was processed in a facility that also processes peanuts since you have not stated it at the web page of this product.
Once I took one scoop of this product in a few minuets I had an anaphylactic shock and had to go to the hospital.I decided to check if there were any warnings on the container.
On the products container there was a clear statement: "Risk information:
manufactured in a facitity which also processes wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, and seeds"
Since you have not shown that part at the web page of the product I had no possible way knowing that I'm allergic to this protein powder.

I cant use this product since I'm allergic to it,and I had no way knowing that I'm allergic to this product since you haven't put on any warnings at the web page and I think I deserve a compensation.

אם תיהיה הגיוני יש סיכוי שאם יביאו לך אבקה רק שתעזוב אותם בשקט מצד שני יש להם מאות אנשים כאלה ביום וכנראה נשבר להם הזין מאנשים כאלה.

I will need to pay a lot of money to send you the package (because i'm not from the state) and I will get only refund about the product?
It's not fair at all, I want you to send me similar product (protein powder) fro othe company, and I will send you back this product.
and about the 45 days (charge a 25% re-stocking fee). I was making the order in Nov 26, 2008 and get the products 5 days ago (it took around 35 days)!

Since you have not shown that part at the web page of the product I had no possible way knowing that I'm allergic to this protein powder before ordering it.

so dont offer me free t-shirt!
as you can see i pay a lot of money on shipping, so it's not fair if you will refund only the product cost, you need to refund also part of the shipping cost.

I will refund you part of the order which will being showing on your account as $16.44, but for future orders we will not be able to. כמו שאמרתי בפוסט הראשוני האחריות היא כולה שלך,אתה היית צריך לבדוק את המוצר לפני שפתחת אותו.
להתחיל איתם מלחמה זה לא כדאי,ואם אתה כן רוצה אז תתכונן לכאב ראש רציני.

אם אני קונה נגיד מחשב מאתר ולא רשום שם שהוא לא כולל זה ולא כולל זה ולא כולל זה,ואני מקבל אותו בלי כלום אשמתו של מי זה?או שאני אמור להגיע אליהם לחנות ולראות שזה לא כולל את זה ולא כולל את זה ולא את זה?🆘
