btw... anybody know if this could cause shoulder impingement? kinda looks like a good excersise for overall shoulder development OHP kinda emphasizes the anteroid deltiod a littla much and if I'm ever going to be able to do a full clean & jerk I kinda need shoulders with little muscle imbalances..
