פשוט כל אחד חכם לשבת מאחורי מסך ולכתוב "זה בדיחה מה שהולך שם" (נכון לא רק על הנושא הזה). אם כל אחד שאומר את זה היה בא להתחרות אז היה יותר מעניין.

.... Real mature, u gotten brainwashed in skl to believe that Wikipedia is bullshit? I know very few ppl who r shorter than me, but lots of ppl taller, 174cm might b normal, but there r a lot of ppl taller while few shorter upping the avg

that's true, it's not perfect, but honestly I trust wikipedia more than I do an encyclopedia or 20year old science books...

@Koller, with the heights, I saw now an article from ynet stating the avg for men is 175, the wiki article had a reference for the Israeli height but the website no longer works.
I'd imagine a lot of old temanim and ethiopians drag down the overall average as they were probably malnourished when they grew up. I can honestly say, as a 21year old 173cm tall male, I feel short walking around with ppl my own age. might note that the wiki stated the avges for Israel was for ages 18-21 (I'd imagine measured by the army) and was not self measured.
Just take our gym "group" for example, the avg is probably around 180 or so.. the only person shorter than me is Sergey.

EDIT: it's so refreshing coming from Norway where, out of 80 kids only 1 kid was shorter than me 😅
